Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Responsibly

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package over the original shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your parcel at the nearest authorized collection point; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
